Please note that we have received about 1,500 pre-orders of One Last Stop! We are blown away by your enthusiasm and support for Casey's latest book, and we're working as hard as we can to make sure you get your signed, personalized copies as close to the publication date as possible. Due to the volume of emails we're receiving, we're not able to personally respond to each inquiry, so here are some frequently asked questions regarding preorders of One Last Stop: 
  • Can I get the Pancake Billy's pre-order tote with purchase? 
    • We have a very limited quantity of totes, so we'll be giving these away on a first-come, first-serve basis for in-store pickups only. We're so sorry for the inconvenience! 
  • I really want a tote--can I switch my order from ship to pickup? 
    • Unfortunately it is not possible for us to switch orders from ship to pickup at this time. If you would like to pick up a copy you would have to place a new order for pickup via our website. Additionally, it is not a guarantee that all customers picking up their pre-orders will receive a tote as we have a very limited quantity and lots of pre-orders. Thanks for understanding! 
  • I pre-ordered One Last Stop--how can I attend the event? 
  • When will my pre-order be ready for pickup? 
    • Pre-orders placed by Friday 5/21 will be ready for pickup on One Last Stop's release day, Tuesday 6/1. 
    • If you placed your order after this deadline there may be a small delay as Casey fulfills personalization requests.
    • You'll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup. 
  • When will my pre-order ship? 
    • We'll be shipping all pre-orders placed by Friday 5/21 as soon as Tuesday 5/25 in order to ensure as many orders get to our customers by the release date as possible. We have lots to pack up and wish to be considerate of our local postal workers, so we'll be sending them out in batches each day in the week leading up to release.  
    • If you happen to receive your book before 6/1, please be considerate of your fellow readers: don't post spoilers online! 
    • If you placed your order after this deadline we cannot guarantee delivery by 6/1, but we'll do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible! 
  • When will I receive tracking information? 
    • If you placed your order by Friday 5/21 you'll receive an automated email with tracking information at 12pm EST on Tuesday 5/25. 
    • If you placed your order after this deadline, you'll receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as your order is packed up, which should be in the days leading up to 6/1. 
  • Why did I receive multiple tracking emails? 
    • To streamline the shipping process as much as possible, we're shipping out orders of One Last Stop and Red White and Royal Blue separately. If you ordered both books, you will receive multiple tracking numbers. 
  • Help! I need to update my shipping information! 
    • If you've had a change of address and need to update your shipping information, please email with your first and last name, order number, and updated shipping information. We'll do our best to pull your order and adjust the information.
    • We are not able to update shipping information for One Last Stop pre-orders after Friday 5/21. If you're experiencing a change of address after Friday 5/21, please file an official change-of-address form with USPS.
